The Main Street Fort Smith Commerce Collective is a downtown business incubator designed to help entrepreneurs test, launch, and grow their retail concepts in the heart of Fort Smith.

Through structured, short-term occupancy in a downtown storefront, selected businesses gain real-world experience, visibility, and support while activating underutilized spaces and increasing pedestrian traffic along Garrison Avenue. This program reflects Main Street Fort Smith’s commitment to strengthening small businesses, building an intentional business mix, and creating a vibrant, walkable downtown.
